Booking and Cancellation
Clients must provide a valid credit card for booking. Your card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation policy.
Karma Studio requires 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an existing booking. In the event of a late cancellation or not showing to the scheduled appointment your card will be charged the full price of the service booked.
*Late cancellations due to illness will not be chagred if the studio is contacted day of appointment
Day of appointment
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 10 minutes late your blow dry will be forfeited. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late you will be charged for your appointment and be asked to reschedule.
Refund
At Karma Studio we want you to love your hair. If you are not 100 precent satisfied with your hair service or feel like we did not provide the serviced that was promised to you please contact the studio via emil within one week of the service. Your stylist will rebook your appointment free of charge to you.
